Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our sales processes, tools, and strategies. This role will focus on supporting and scaling our federal and SLED sales efforts by ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sales operations, an analytical mindset, and a passion for driving operational excellence in the cybersecurity industry.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of public sector sales, particularly within the U.S. federal government and SLED markets.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales processes and tools.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes, including GSA schedules, BPAs, and IDIQs.

  • Experience working with channel partners and distributors.
