•Bachelor’s degree required, BS preferred.
•ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management.
•Excellent oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills and public speaking.
•Experience transitioning enterprise-wide services from legacy solutions to cloud-based solutions
•Experience managing projects of similar size and scope
•Experience managing SaaS solution implementation projects
•Experience managing the implementation of cloud based service desk solutions. Service Now preferred.
•Experience providing cross-vendor communication in a multi-vendor environment
•Experience in business process analysis and requirements development
•Experience in end-user engagement, communication, and training.
