• Lead a technical team in the design, development/ configuration and implementation of a cloud based ITSM solution. Remedy and/or ServiceNow
Compose systems requirements specs, design specs, story boards, etc to elicit and document requirements for the solution
Provide ongoing O&M and break fix support for the solution
Migrate legacy data and business rules from existing solution to new solution.
•Bachelor’s degree required, BS preferred.
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in systems engineering. Plus 2 years ServiceNow experience.
•Excellent oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills and public speaking.
•Experience leading technical implementation efforts in similar scope and size
•Successful implementation of the Service Now cloud based ITSM solution
•Experience translating business requirements into technical cloud solutions
•Experience transitioning legacy application services to SaaS solution
•Experience providing cross-vendor communication in a multi-vendor environment
•Experience providing technical leadership for modernization projects, including strategic planning and implementation, making use of Cloud services
•Experience with end-user and stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
•ITIL V3 Expert Level Certification
•ServiceNow Certifications (administrator and above)
